Why is it important to respond to our environment?
For my biology homework I have to answer the question: "Why is it important to respond to our environment?" Our teacher said to list as many as possible. But I can only think of one- so that we can protect ourselves when faced with dangers. What other reasons are there?
10 points for the best answer!
Thanks
the topic we are on is to do with the human body, so when the question says "environment" it doesnt mean wildlife etc but it means the things that are around us.
Where does this carbon neutral nonsense come from?
Simple logic dictates that any Co2 a human emits, beyond his own breath, would contribute to AGW.
So how is it possible to be carbon neutral? How does throwing money at Big Al Gore reduce my carbon footprint?
Did AGW really start thousands of years ago when man first mastered fire? Are we responsible for ending the last ice age?
