I have to do a senate simulation in which I have to create and present a bill and try to get it passed. For our bill, my friend and I choose to have all newspaper companies use only recyled paper to make their papers as a means of saving more trees and helping the environment. I am solving an optimization problem, in which the resultant vector will either have the value 1 (meaning, there is a relationship) or 0 (there is no relationship). How can I restrict the value to 1 or 0 in the Matlab/Tomlab environment?

Released dramatically utilizes a balloon as the representation for the carbon dioxide emissions an average consumer uses per day. Following an individual through their normal daily routine the film attempts to effectively capture how common decisions and actions have a global impact. As the film progresses the 'emissions balloon' expands, a direct relationship to the amount of carbon the character emits based on her decisions throughout the day. In the end the film closes by showing the scope of this growing ecological problem when the focus is taken away from one person and expanded to the surrounding world community.
