Wouldn’t common sense suggest that just the decision of a couple to have a child or not has carbon footprint implications which DWARF every other conservation/recycling/ecological decision that couple will make in a life time?

I want to know what tax band it will fall into, it’s pre-2001.
What cars fall into the lowest band?
Tell me about it! I found a page about a 1.2 Nissan Micra, one of the smallest cars out there, and it was in grade C! Lord only knows what a car has to do to fit into grade B let alone A, but it certainly sounds like a manufacturer con rather than a genuine cleaner car thing.
Well, I never said I was falling for the global warming stuff, but governments changing car tax bands is real enough.
