That’s not good when you have stress at home and at work. You really have two choices you can take one of the many safe anti-anxiety medications or you can do the short term therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety. In this therapy you learn to recognize the thoughts that lead up to your anxiety and they you learn the skills to change the thoughts to positive thoughts. This therapy can be life changing.
Psychological stress usually occurs when you think the hope of finishing you have to do is doomed.
You need a positive mind and think that there’s always a way to deal with every problem. You need to take a time, relaxing and thinking what the best way to deal your problem like "Do I need to change my work place", "What will happen if I do that, or doing that one". etc
Ask your friends too what would they do in your position.
I mostly agree with Lila, but instead of going right to medication, couple her cognitive behavior therapy idea with some relaxation breathing exercises. These are done by taking slow, deep breaths for a few minutes a few times a day and are very effective at reducing stress in the body.
Aside from the above ideas, if you’re able to pinpoint the stressors in your job and home, decide if you can eliminate the stressors somehow.

Stress is often impossible to avoid but you can learn to manage it. It is so important to tackle stress in your life as it can lead on to all sorts of other illness both short and long term.
My advice would be that the very first strep in learning to manage stress is to find out as much as you can about stress, this will often arm you with a different outlook about stress which in itself will help you cope with it better.
Then try some of the various different techniques for relaxation. There are many, but not all will suit you . The secret is to try one technique at a time and give it a good try. then you can either decide how beneficial the technique has been for you. If not then try another.
I am a stress advisor and have a web site outlining all of this information here

I hope you can find a solution to your stress
