What is an environment that has a controlled temperature and doesn't encourage evaporation?

I need to know what an environment that keeps a controlled temperature and doesn’t encourage evaporation to happen is.

Such an environment is called a terrarium, or, if it’s building-sized, a Biosphere (see links, below).
