I’m sure you believe god (a supernatural creature for which there is not one iota of proof) is real as well.
Thought processes like yours or the lack thereof are prevalent among people who don’t make the effort of thinking for themselves.
I’m waiting for Al Gore or one of his tree hugging buddies to suggest we breath less to reduce CO2 emissions.
Remember global cooling? ‘Nuff said. They went nuts about that too back in the ’70’s.

Like the previous posters…I am fine with out california. We could just give it back to mexico…it could fall off…what ever.
I do think the earth is heating up…but I don’t think my air conditioner is doing it. I think it is part of the natural earth cycle…like the ice age in the past.
Al Gore is a nut. Hillary is a communist. LA is completely lost to all reason. Scientists make alot of assumptions.
I will be fine. My great, great grandkids will be fine.
It’s not about being afraid of anything. It’s about doing the RIGHT thing about an issue before you are forced to.
But go ahead and live selfishly. Let a few generations down the line worry about it.
I am more concerned with my Meat Footprint.
Cows produce a lot of methane gas, so I think for us beef eaters, the Meat Footprint would be a thing of fear.

first of all to all you CA haters i would love it if we were able to take our state and leave the usa that would leave the rest of you without most of the food you eat and without 1/3 of the countries GNP.california would be the second larget superpower in the world next to china
I used to be afraid of the big, bad wolf…… .I would pay to see California underwater. If that happened then CSI could actually fiim in Vegas. I think I’ll spray some more hairspray…..Tssssssss…..Why in the world is my ice always melting? It’s not part of the polar ice caps…..as we all know the children are our future……better teach ‘em to swim….or at least wear their rubbers…..not those rubbers you sickos.
Not me I will be moving to where ever I like in the future so if things get bad someplace I will just move .
Its nice to be able to do as I please .
See this problem is only going to affect the poor ,so why should I care one bit what happens to them . In fact I may even be able to make some money off of them .
So what if the caps melt and sea level rises . Just less land for people and higher prices for those who have not prepared .
Why anyone would purchase land that is not above sea level or above the flood plain is beyond me .
Stupid people who do not know any better is all I can assume .
Stay at elevations above 60 feet at all times and stay out of valleys .
Valleys have avalanches floods and all manner of problems .

Its not a what if something happens its being aware of what is going to happen and being prepared for it .
We all know that Algore is an anti-human nutcase. The only people that deserve to breathe are him and his hollywood buddies. The thought of California falling off into the ocean is more and more appealing every day. In fact why don’t we build that fence along the border, but put California on the OTHER side!
